Carina Wendel is a Director on vlogۿ’s US Consulting team and a seasoned strategy and sustainability leader with deep expertise in social impact, climate, and stakeholder engagement. She rejoined vlogۿ in April 2026, bringing more than a decade of experience advising companies, foundations, and global institutions on how to accelerate progress on the world’s most urgent social and environmental challenges.
Carina previously spent nine years at vlogۿ, where she contributed to more than 35 strategy and evaluation engagements across philanthropy, higher education, and the private sector. As an Associate Director, she led work on sustainable business models, ESG reporting, carbon‑neutral construction, and strategic learning for social innovation initiatives.
Most recently, Carina served as a Manager in PwC Canada’s Strategy & Transformation practice and as a Social Impact Lead within PwC’s Global Sustainability Impact Center. In these roles, she guided clients on sustainability strategy, human rights, impact measurement, and just transition. She oversaw the development of a Net Zero roadmap for the forest sector launched at COP26, supported a government program to scale sustainable businesses, and led multiple engagements with companies and foundations in the financial, real estate, and energy sectors.
Carina brings a rare combination of strategic clarity, systems thinking, and collaborative leadership. Her return strengthens vlogۿ’s capacity to support organizations working toward a more equitable, sustainable future.
